The best home building decision we made was choosing Cal. From the moment we met him we were immediately comfortable and knew we were in the hands of an expert. We started our relationship with a hand shake. His honesty throughout the whole process from drawings to completion, put him way above any other contractor we had ever met. Cal made what seemed like a daunting process simple and straightforward. Each step of the way he met with us, guiding us through the myriad of choices while keeping our budget in mind. If ever we had a question he was available by phone, email, or text. His attention to detail and quality of work was impressive and his contractors were equally exceptional. If anything wasn't perfect, it was fixed or redone. The job site was impeccable and even the next door neighbors were impressed at how pleasant the process was for them. Our neighbor commented that she always had dreamed of a lake view but looking out her porch at our beautiful house is good enough. Cal has raised the bar in our neighborhood. Daily we have people knocking on the door and asking for a tour. We have to pinch ourselves every time we're sitting in our beautiful house and remind ourselves it's actually ours!
